If you happen to stop by London Alley Salon you might catch Sharon wearing her “Bear Necklace”. As you can see her in this great selfie with Actress Angela Ko, and a few other great people.

The little excerpt below shows the progression of how this bear necklace was made by Randy Kopf.

Work·Flow ˈwərkflō/

NOUN: THE SEQUENCE OF INDUSTRIAL, ADMINISTRATIVE, OR OTHER PROCESSES THROUGH WHICH A PIECE OF WORK PASSES FROM INITIATION TO COMPLETION.

This Bear Growl image is the basis of this work… The original image was a 2D flat color bitmap

Fusion 360 is a software I was able to use to create a Full 3D Model using the 2D Image as reference.

I needed to add FUR… So I uses another software called ZBRUSH… This allowed me to add great detail

DeskProto Machining software allowed me to create tool paths for this model with little effort.

I used my Pocket NC to machine the Freeman Gold Jewelers Wax model. Wax is 2″ wide x 2″ high

Using Sterling PMC (Precious Metal Clay) I formed the bear from the prior wax mold and fired the bear in a Kiln.

And some polish and Viola done!
